Laripur E 107-93A is a polycaprolactone ester based TPU at Shore 93 A. COIM built it for the production of heavy-duty hydraulic seals and states that it performs excellently in that duty.
Polycaprolactone is the third chemistry in the Laripur range. It is an ester, so it keeps the oil and abrasion resistance of a polyester TPU, and it holds up better than a standard polyester in hot and wet conditions.
COIM publishes compression set at three conditions for this grade, which no other sheet in this catalog does: 17 percent at 70 hours and 23 degrees C, 18 percent at 22 hours and 70 degrees C, and 38 percent at 70 hours and 100 degrees C. The third figure is the one that tells you what happens to a seal running hot.
The VICAT softening point is 347 degrees F. The next highest Shore A grade in this catalog is 54 degrees F below it. Tensile strength is 8200 psi at 550 percent elongation.

Where the hardness and the oil resistance of an ester chemistry are both needed.
Dry before processing at 175 to 195 degrees F for 3 hours, preferably in a dehumidifying drier fed by air with a dew point below minus 22 degrees F. Skipping the drying step is the most common cause of splay and bubbles in a TPU part.
COIM's suggested moulding profile runs zone 1 at 420 degrees F, zone 2 at 435, zone 3 at 455 and the nozzle at 435. Machine, screw and downstream equipment all move these, so treat them as a starting point. Those are the highest barrel temperatures in this catalog.

It keeps the oil resistance and load capacity of an ester chemistry and holds up better than a standard polyester in hot wet conditions, which is the combination a hydraulic seal needs.
