Using spectrophotometry, decades of application knowledge, and in-house trials, our technicians match to any color reference you provide. We match from established color standard systems (PANTONE, RAL, and Federal Standard) and supply all colors in customized package options.
Our core focus is polyurethane systems. Our low-viscosity liquid dispersions are formulated for cast urethane, rigid and flexible PU foam, and epoxy flooring. The pigment package and carrier vehicle are selected for compatibility with your specific system, and the format works well for both third-stream dosing and mass coloration.
We also match colors for TPU and other thermoplastic elastomers. For customers running TPU or other thermoplastic elastomers through extrusion or injection molding, we can supply color as masterbatch. Masterbatch is pigment pre-compounded into a compatible carrier resin and pelletized for clean, consistent let-down at the press.
We account for heat profiles, UV exposure, process method, and resin compatibility when formulating your color. All dispersions and masterbatches are RoHS and REACH compliant.

We also supply Lemon #1 flake shellac in standard and high-flow grades for printing inks, adhesive formulation, abrasive bonding, and other industrial applications. Both grades ship from North American stock with a COA per lot.
