P.A.T. Products, Inc. ("PAT," "we," "us," or "our") is a specialty chemical distributor and light manufacturer headquartered in Hermon, Maine. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our websites patproducts.com and patingredients.com (together, the "Sites").
We operate as a business-to-business (B2B) company. Our Sites are intended for purchasing managers, product formulators, engineers, and other professionals at manufacturing and food companies. Not intended for general consumers or children.
We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and limited information collected automatically when you visit the Sites.

Formspree processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. PAT does not store form submissions on the Sites themselves.
Our product catalog is hosted at patproducts.store, which is powered by knowde. If you browse or search the product catalog, your activity is subject to knowde's privacy policy. PAT does not control data collected by knowde when you use the catalog.
The Sites themselves do not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Third-party services embedded in or linked from the Sites (such as Formspree or knowde) may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
Form submissions forwarded to us by email are retained in our email system for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications. If you would like us to delete contact information you have provided, please email us and we will do so promptly.
