Laripur 5925 is a polyester based TPU at Shore 59 D. COIM lists it for the injection moulding of technical items and footwear components.
It sits between 5725 and 6325 in the hard polyester run. Tensile strength is 9800 psi, tear strength 171 N/mm and the flexural modulus is 34000 N per square mm, with elongation at break at 390 percent.
The VICAT softening point is 295 degrees F and abrasion loss is 40 cubic mm by DIN 53516.

Where a flexural modulus of 34000 N per square mm is the property being specified.
Dry before processing at 175 to 195 degrees F for 3 hours, preferably in a dehumidifying drier fed by air with a dew point below minus 22 degrees F. Skipping the drying step is the most common cause of splay and bubbles in a TPU part.
COIM's suggested moulding profile runs zone 1 at 385 degrees F, zone 2 at 395, zone 3 at 410 and the nozzle at 395. Machine, screw and downstream equipment all move these, so treat them as a starting point.
Package sizes: 25 kg bags, or 500 kg and 1000 kg octabins.
Storage: Six months from the date of delivery, in the original sealed packaging, in a dry well ventilated place out of direct sun.

It sits between them. 5725 is Shore 56 D at a flexural modulus of 27000 N per square mm; 5925 is 59 D at 34000; 6325 is 62 D at 53000. Tear strength climbs the same way, 163 to 171 to 193 N/mm.
Laripur 5760 at Shore 56 D or Laripur 6560 at Shore 65 D, both PTMG polyethers COIM credits with very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. There is no polyether at exactly 59 D on COIM's published range.
