Laripur 6325 is a polyester based TPU at Shore 62 D. COIM lists it for the injection moulding of technical items and footwear components.
This is a structural grade rather than an elastomeric one. Tensile strength is 10000 psi, tear strength 193 N/mm and the flexural modulus is 53000 N per square mm, with elongation at break down at 370 percent.
The VICAT softening point is 313 degrees F, which is what makes it usable where the softer polyester grades would creep.

Where the flexural modulus of 53000 N per square mm is the property being specified.
Dry before processing at 175 to 195 degrees F for 3 hours, preferably in a dehumidifying drier fed by air with a dew point below minus 22 degrees F. Skipping the drying step is the most common cause of splay and bubbles in a TPU part.
COIM's suggested moulding profile runs zone 1 at 390 degrees F, zone 2 at 400, zone 3 at 415 and the nozzle at 400. Machine, screw and downstream equipment all move these, so treat them as a starting point.

Storage: Six months from the date of delivery, in the original sealed packaging, in a dry well ventilated place out of direct sun.

It behaves more like a rigid engineering plastic. At a flexural modulus of 53000 N per square mm and 370 percent elongation, it is used where stiffness and tear resistance matter more than rebound. If the part has to flex repeatedly, a Shore A grade will last longer.
Laripur 6560, a PTMG polyether at Shore 65 D. COIM credits it with very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack, at a similar tensile strength of 9600 psi.
