Laripur 2103-90AE is a PTMG polyether based TPU at Shore 90 A. COIM states that it has very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack, and lists it for injection moulding of technical items and for the extrusion of hoses, profiles, transmission belts and film.
Unlike most grades in the range, this one carries its process code in the grade name. The AE ending is the extrusion code, so the name is what you order.
Tensile strength is 8000 psi at 510 percent elongation, with tear strength of 94 N/mm and a VICAT softening point of 208 degrees F.

COIM states very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack.
Dry before processing at 175 to 195 degrees F for 3 hours, preferably in a dehumidifying drier fed by air with a dew point below minus 22 degrees F. Skipping the drying step is the most common cause of splay and bubbles in a TPU part.
COIM's suggested moulding profile runs zone 1 at 365 degrees F, zone 2 at 375, zone 3 at 385 and the nozzle at 375. The suggested extrusion profile runs zone 1 at 385, zone 2 at 390, zone 3 at 400, zone 4 at 395, adapter 385 and die 375. Machine, screw and downstream equipment all move these, so treat them as a starting point.
Package sizes: 25 kg bags, or 500 kg and 1000 kg octabins.
Storage: Six months from the date of delivery, in the original sealed packaging, in a dry well ventilated place out of direct sun.

It is COIM's extrusion code, and on this grade it is part of the name rather than an option. COIM identifies extrusion versions with an end code after the grade number and requires that code on the order when the material is going into a die.

Laripur 9025 at the same Shore 90 A. It is stronger at 8600 psi tensile against 8000 psi and has a lower abrasion loss, and it does not carry the hydrolysis resistance.
Both are PTMG polyethers. 2103-90AE is Shore 90 A at 8000 psi tensile; 9060 is Shore 88 A at 7000 psi with halogen free flame retardant versions available. If flame performance is in the specification, start with 9060.
