Laricol 1465 is a thermoplastic reactivable adhesive on a polyester base, supplied as white pellets. It is part of COIM's Laricol line rather than the Laripur TPU line, and it is used as an adhesive rather than as a moulding or extrusion resin.
The recommended reactivation temperature is 55 to 60 degrees C. Open time is short and the crystallization rate is high, so the bond sets quickly once the heat comes off.
COIM rates its resistance to fats, oils and plasticizers as good, and its thermal and cold resistance as low. Standard viscosity is 50 to 150 cps as a 15 percent solution in MEK at 25 degrees C, which is the figure to work from when it is dissolved rather than applied from the melt.

Thermal resistance and cold resistance are both rated low by COIM, so this is not the adhesive for a bond that will see temperature extremes in service. Tell us the substrates and the service conditions and we will confirm whether it fits.
Storage: Six months from the date of delivery, kept in the original package in a cool dry place away from sun and weather.
The adhesive is applied and allowed to dry, and the bond is made later by heating the coated surface to 55 to 60 degrees C and bringing the parts together. It separates the coating step from the assembly step, which is why it suits a line that does the two at different stations.
