This is the anionic pair. Same aliphatic, hydrazine free backbone as the larger non-ionic family, stabilized a different way, and both grades run at 60 percent solids where most of the non-ionic family sits at 40 to 45.
Ionic character decides what else the size bath can carry. An anionic dispersion is stabilized by charge, so it is sensitive to what it is mixed with in a way a non-ionic dispersion is not.
Two grades are published, and they split on polyol. FILCO 7810 is the all-purpose polyester-polyol at a minus 31 degree F Tg and 600 nm. FILCO 108 uses a polyether and polycarbonate polyol for increased hydrolysis resistance, at 900 nm.
COIM's stated characteristics for the pair are non-yellowing films and resistance to moisture. Both come from the aliphatic backbone, which is what the whole polyurethane side of the FILCO range is built on.

At 60 percent solids these carry more film former per unit of water than the non-ionic grades, which matters where drying capacity limits line speed.

Storage: Store in the original sealed container, protected from frost and from direct sun. Freezing destroys a water based dispersion permanently. Confirm the shelf life on the current data sheet for your grade.

How the dispersion is held stable. An anionic dispersion is stabilized by charge, which makes it sensitive to what shares the bath, particularly to cationic components and to changes in ionic strength. Non-ionic dispersions are more tolerant of mixed formulations. Know which one you have before you change another component.
It is the highest solids content in the FILCO polyurethane range, against 40 to 45 percent across most of the non-ionic family. Where drying capacity is what limits line speed, more solids per pass is the practical benefit.
FILCO 108. It uses a polyether and polycarbonate polyol and COIM publishes it for increased hydrolysis resistance. FILCO 7810 is a polyester polyol, which is the chemistry that hydrolyzes in sustained wet heat.
