ROWA Lack GmbH makes lacquer systems for the surface finishing of coated textiles. The company began in 1958 at Seevetal near Hamburg and started producing lacquers in 1969. It runs its head office at Pinneberg and its production plant at Seevetal, and it holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification at both sites.
The lacquer is the layer that decides how a coated fabric performs in service. It carries the weather and UV resistance, the soil release, the mar and abrasion resistance, the hand, the gloss level, and whether the finished material can still be high-frequency welded. Every grade in the current range is SVHC-free.
P.A.T. Products supplies the ROWA Lack range across the United States, Canada and Mexico. These are made-to-order systems, not shelf stock, so tell us the base material, the finish you are after and the performance target and we will work the grade with ROWA's technical team. We can also coat a piece of your own fabric or film with the candidate grade and send it back so the finish is judged on your substrate.

PVDF fluoropolymer lacquer systems, solventborne and waterborne. PVDF topcoats and UV protection primers for architectural membrane. Filters more than 80 percent of the UV in sunlight while visible transparency stays above 70 percent.
