ProFlex, Citriflex and PTSC are P.A.T. Products' own brands. We have supplied them to ink, coating, adhesive and engineering plastics formulators in North America for decades, from stock held in the United States.
The ProFlex grades are sulfonamide plasticizers. Sulfonamides are polar, which is what lets them plasticize resins a general-purpose plasticizer softens poorly: polyamide and nylon, cellulose acetate and nitrocellulose, shellac, and amino resins. The same polarity gives low solubility in petroleum hydrocarbons, so a sulfonamide-plasticized film holds up against oils and greases. ProFlex 8 and ProFlex 4 are liquids. ProFlex 9S is the parent amide, a solid, and it is reactive: its N-H condenses into amino resins and consumes isocyanate in polyurethane systems.
Citriflex 84 is acetyl tributyl citrate, the citrate ester used where a phthalate has to come out of a formulation and food-contact clearance has to stay in. It carries FDA food-contact listings and an EU 10/2011 entry.
PTSC is p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, a reactive sulfonyl chloride building block used for tosylation in fine-chemical and coatings synthesis. It does no plasticizing, and it sits in this line because it is the head of the same chemistry family: tosyl chloride is what makes a sulfonamide when it meets an amine.
