Xanthan Gum

Our 80 mesh, food-grade xanthan gum is a creamy white powder that dissolves readily in hot or cold water to form highly viscous, colloidal solutions, suspensions, or gels at low concentrations.

It can be used as a thickener and stabilizer in food applications such as salad dressings and sauces. It can also be used in many household products due to its stability towards pH and salt concentrations.

Please contact us regarding other industrial uses including cleaning of drilling holes.
