Like a chameleon, we are quick change artists. Our color dispersions, for urethane applications, are manufactured by REPI SpA. These low viscosity dispersions consist of organic and inorganic pigments carried in polyol and or plasticizer blends and are compatible with most urethane systems.
We are careful to take into consideration heat profiles, UV exposure and process methods when recommending the best color for your urethane application. The low viscosity and strength of color make these dispersions suitable for third stream dosing and mass coloration applications.
LIQUID COLOR CATEGORIES:
REPIPLAST: Low viscosity plasticizer based dispersions suitable for use in polyether or polyester flexible foam, rigid foam, and cast PU (MDI/TDI) systems. Also excellent for PVC applications.
REPITAN/PET: Polyether polyol based dispersions for polyether flex/rigid foam, RIM, and TDI based cast PU.
